Ask Us Anything

We answer these ourselves — usually within two days, sometimes slower when a training is running or we are up the mountain.

Pisac, Sacred Valley, Peru

Pisac sits at 2,970 metres, about an hour from Cusco, with the ruins above the town and the Urubamba below it.
Most people fly into Cusco, take a day to let the altitude settle, and come down to the valley — which is lower, and kinder to arrive into.

Before you write

Do I need experience to join a training?
No. We start at the beginning and build step by step. The methodology is built so you learn to practise — and to teach — safely, whatever you arrive with.
When is the next one?
The next 200-hour training begins 10 November. Dates, rooms and prices all live on the 200 hrs YTT page.
I am not sure this is the right thing for me.
Then book the call rather than the training. Thirty minutes with Daya, no pitch — including the possibility that the answer is not this, or not yet.

Reach out for any questions!

Or talk it through

Thirty minutes with Daya.
Where you are, what brought you here, and what would actually serve you —
including the possibility that it is none of this, or not yet.
